This app works flawlessly as of January 13.2026. I have no issues with it.
Good fragrances, but app is trash
This is absolute the worst app ever invented in the history of apps. The smells are nice and the diffusers are pretty good. They big expensive one is very good, but the app is horrific
App Has Zero Support
I really wants to like this product. I was actually planning on purchasing additional nebulizers. But the app simply doesn’t work anymore. Customer support was willing to go as far as send me a brand new device free of charge to see if it worked, but refuse to acknowledge that the app is broken.
The app crashes constantly before even opening fully. Note that the app also hasn’t been updated in 2 years.
It’s a shame because the scents themselves are great.

Terrible
Won’t even set up it just stays blank
The diffuser - great, the app - horrible!
C’mon, Nebu. How hard is it to have an app that works properly and doesn’t seem like the product of a third grader’s summer school project?! Do better. MUCH better!
