Cannot connect to my WiFi . Contacted and wanted me to send my machines I have 2 on my dollar to fix them. Nothing wrong with my machine it connects fine to my old app. Which they tell me is going to be cancelled!!!!

The product itself is good but the app is completely useless. Good luck figuring out how to actually use the scheduled times!

Won't connect to WiFi

As others have stated, it claims my network cannot be found or password is incorrect. No way to connect the app/device to my WiFi.

UPDATE: Currently the device won't connect to networks that contain a special character in the name (i.e., $, &, @, etc). I tested it with a guest network with no special characters and it connected perfectly. I'm hoping the developer can provide a firmware update to correct this issue, before I change my network name and have to reconnect 40+ devices in my house.
