This app works flawlessly as of January 13.2026. I have no issues with it.
Good fragrances, but app is trash
This is absolute the worst app ever invented in the history of apps. The smells are nice and the diffusers are pretty good. They big expensive one is very good, but the app is horrific
App Has Zero Support
I really wants to like this product. I was actually planning on purchasing additional nebulizers. But the app simply doesn’t work anymore. Customer support was willing to go as far as send me a brand new device free of charge to see if it worked, but refuse to acknowledge that the app is broken.
The app crashes constantly before even opening fully. Note that the app also hasn’t been updated in 2 years.
It’s a shame because the scents themselves are great.

Terrible
Won’t even set up it just stays blank
The diffuser - great, the app - horrible!
C’mon, Nebu. How hard is it to have an app that works properly and doesn’t seem like the product of a third grader’s summer school project?! Do better. MUCH better!
Loved then didn’t now loved
So I really loved nebu because it actually is one of the only apps that let you schedule the frequency and duration of the mist.. also the scents don’t give me a headache,are very pleasant and have depth. But for some reason now the app isn’t functioning and Iam not able to do anything at all. Previously I would give it 5 stars. Hoping it will be fixed. UPDATE
lol figured out you have to have the unit plugged in to be able to change anything about the schedule because it looks for the Bluetooth. 😑my bad

Can I give it less than one star?
If I could, I would. besides letting you set up a schedule, this app is virtually useless. There are no instructions for setting up the device even when you select “instructions” it just takes you to a page on the website… with no instructions. All of the five-star reviews from a year ago are either bogus or this app worked completely differently a year ago.

Completely inoperable, unusable app
This app does not work, rendering my new diffuser completely unusable. The app opens to a blank red screen with a single button “Add Schedule”, which does not do anything when pressed.
It’s extremely frustrating to now own an expensive yet completely unusable diffuser as it can not function without relying on a broken app. Does the company not test their software? Do they not even check if the app can open and provide basic functionality before sending to the App Store?

Tittle screen
Can’t seem to get past the tittle screen, only option is “Add Schedule” after I click it the refresh button pops up but after that nothing more.
Embarrassingly bad
The app does not work. It will not add a schedule. $200 diffuser that is now a paper weight due to the poor app. My $40 Pura diffuser app works better than this.
Scent is great
The scent is great but adding additional units to the app is not. I have 2 of the sameDevices and can’t adjust them to different settings. There are no instructions for this in the app.
Mediocre App
Pretty sure some of these reviews were written by employees or professionals. This app is super basic and not user-friendly at all. It’s super basic and rudimentary. I LOVE my Nebu diffuser, and would easily give it five stars, but the app, not so much!
