Out of Business

Keen Home is no more. Can’t sign in to accounts, can’t create accounts, can’t retrieve passwords. Can’t purchase any products. I’m surprised the website is still up.

Appear to be out of business

Support messages returned and can’t log back into app or reset authentication. Vents stuck open. Was good, now replaced with a different solution.

If you haven’t gotten their vents don’t. It never works!!!

In theory

The hardware can’t stay connected. The vents eat batteries before you get the grate back on. The customer service/help would have been a nice aspect included in the business plan. As it shows the app not updated in 2 years tells you all you need to know. Not a lot on commitment to the project. Don’t get fooled. Not worth a dime of what they cost because they are bricks in the wall.
