Fundamentally broken
My unit is putting out max heat despite the fact that the room temp (as measured by the puck) is 11 degrees F above the set point. If I lower the temp any further it asks if I just want to turn it off.
During hot days the downstairs unit runs when it’s 10° F below the set point, so it’s broken in both directions.
Someone doesn’t understand how a thermostat is supposed to work. Pretty sure it’s not me.

Endless loop
My puck pro is on my WiFi network and 5 feet from two vents and yet all I can get is a blank screen on “find my vents”. It’s so horrible and has been failing for hours now. I regret this purchase.
I would give 0 stars if I could
The application does not allow you to control the mini-split in half of the ways the remote does. What is the point of the application if I can’t use the features of my AC? Not to mention the “integration” with the nest/ google home app is a joke and even less functional as it overrides my baseboard heating system.

Delivers as advertized
I delayed ordering these to see what reviews looked like, and still ordered these worried that there might be a “sunk cost fallacy”, where having invested significant money and time in the system, people report almost a placebo effect. But that is NOT the case here.
We bought 7 vents, for our largest areas (living room, den, office and bedroom). Prior to the Flair vents, we regularly had 5-7 degree differences between our warmest and coolest rooms. Someone was always too cold or too warm.
Installation was easy, fast. Little bit of sluggishness for a couple vents or pucks to get recognized and integrated. But truly, instantly, the house temps evened out. It’s weeks later now and I still find myself realizing how comfortable I am, moving from room to room.
Occasionally a vent goes offline. I am adjusting the position of the hub and or it’s antenna occasionally, and have improved the situation. Hopefully I find the best position that keeps them all on continuously, but it has not affected the utility of the system, as it is usually only one vent that goes offline but comes back before long.
Oh, and we’ll keep watching, but our thermostat reported reduction of cooling by ~30% over previous weeks. Not yet sure this can be attributed to Flair but it seems likely, at least in part given the weather.
