Not good
After choosing origin and destination it brings up a map showing route and ask you to confirm but has no confirming button or clickable choices. That’s it your done never gets past showing route map. Tried on two different 2025 phones. Had to call to book.
App not working
Service is great. Have used many times. However, the app is useless and I can’t even log in. Website works, so try that or just call.
Terrible app
I love Airline Limousine and my husband and I have been using it for over 30 years. But I have never been able to get this app to work. It is terrible and it never gets fixed.

Password reset
Past driving experience was great, but I can’t login to the app or reset my password. I would use again if I could only book a car. Unfortunate.
Broken app in multiple ways
Doesn’t let you log in - password reset doesn’t work. Same email and password works on the website. Would like to use this app but it’s unusable in its current state.

The app does not support my login credentials. Instead of the convenience of the app I have to login to my account via a browser.
Can't pay if you start your ride first
Downloaded the app after I started a ride, hoping to pay with the app. But turned out that is not possible. Limited usefulness since jumping into a limo at the airport is easy with the line up ... Don't need an app for that!

It’s broken
Tells the user the start and end point are the same.

Keeps telling me my credentials are wrong even though the same credentials work on the website. Copy/pasting them directly in, so I’m definitely not making any typos.

After several updates published by developers it seems the crashes I reported have been addressed. Today I was able to book the car without a single crash.
As a suggestion - it would be nice to be able to save entire booking details into "favourites" so I can pre-populate everything in one click and just edit few details (like date and time).

I was looking forward to this app on the phone since booking experience using web site was quite frustrating. It shows some promise, but falls short of expectations.
First, as was mentioned in other review, I was not able to log in with my existing credentials. Registering with same credentials in the app worked though.
The constant pop up to confirm location is getting annoying after a while.
I could not add my home address to favourites - app crashed when I tapped on star during booking. There is no way to add favourite address using existing booking and trying to add favourite via profile fails to find my address - very confusing.
