Used this app for rental in Chicago.
I did not receive the confirmation email… no phone number to contact customer service. 9 hours waiting for a reply when contacted via email.

Easy to use
Really great app! Easy to use and navigate through booking a car. Love being able to view my booking easily rather than searching through emails.
Big upgrade
The last upgrade has added a whole bunch of cool features now such as manage your booking. Love it.
Waste of Time
This app does not work. Always displays a server error once you have signed in.
Helpful for my travel
Used it at the airport to find my booking it was easy to locate the information I needed
App not working properly
I booked a car in Canada for May 25 but the booking does not show up on my app. It just says that ‘you have no upcoming bookings’
However, it does show a past booking I made in 2018 in Canada.
The app needs some serious attention.

App doesn’t work
The App seems to have stopped working - I get a 505 error. I booked a car in Aug 2024 for April 2025, wanted to check details but continual error and no bookings show, I thought I needed to update but it doesn’t have an update. Booking no longer shows in the App - what’s happening ?
Doesn’t function
Make a booking in September 2024 for a car rental. In January 2025 on checking that booking, it doesn’t appear in the app Booking list.
What’s the point of having an app if it doesn’t do the things it’s supposed to do.

Worst customer service ever
I booked a car with the app, and it was clearly mentioned it’s an unlimited mileage car
At the time of picking up the vehicle the agent told me I can only drive 200KM//124mile a day
Customer service advice me to cancel the booking, also promised it’s gonna be free cancellation but later charged me 50 $
Following up with them for more than month and nothing happened

Good app but an annoying issue

Is does not appear to be possible to remove/delete bookings that have been canceled/completed from the App. I don’t see any reason to be able to see bookings I made as far back as 2013.
Also the contact email address does not work.

Great app to use, booked a car with ease and even received an extra discount for paying online, great to finally have a way to simplify things and make it easier to get a great deal on car rentals. Cheers to the developers who came up with the idea for the App. I would give it 5/5 stars and highly recommend it if your after affordable car rentals. 🤩✌️👌

Rates are high compared to Hotwire
I looked a renting a car at Logan Airport Boston on this app. Then did the same on Hotwire app. Hotwire rate was significantly lower. Did the same comparison at Las Vegas airport. Again, Hotwire got me a much lower rate.

No Search function
Search function on iPad and iPhone doesn't work, type in e.g Adelaide, comes up with 'no locations found'
