Subscription supportt non existent
I’ve had the app for over 10 years. In the last =few years it has gone from not dependable to not useable. It says global data base, all I wanted was Canada. It says I’ve ordered and paid for it. It stil will not show Vancouver BC. Wants me to buy Canada database, even though the page says I’ve bought it. They have turned into a completely non supported app, with major flaws, and out of date info on US airports. Not sure what they have become, but global airport support is not one of their capabilities!

Faulty subscription handling
This app, although “automatically” re-subscribed never has my current subscription. It is always asking me to purchase a new subscription, even when it renewed a week ago, according to App Store records.
Either give me my new database, or give me my money back.
This is a recurring problem that has happened 2 times in last year, and developer site does not advertise a support location to address it directly with them.

Holdup
This app is a holdup. You pay to purchase WORLD airports database, but you only get to see USA airports. You have to buy the rest of the world's airports. Don't buy this app. I repeat, it is a holdup.
CAVEAT EMPTOR! (that means BUYER BEWARE in pilot-speak)
I can't believe I didn't read the reviews more closely and I just wasted $7 of my hard-earned first-year probation pay on this piece of crap app. It is NOT a world edition if you charge me more just to get basic functionality in places like Japan (where my company flies often). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You'd be better off buying a Jeppesen subscription.
