Blinking logo

This developer takes money for the application that does not work. On my iPhone 4S this application displays developer's logo and exits to the home screen. I want to know how I can get my money back.

One of the best apps, been using it for years

Where other apps have failed (faxes haven't gone through, etc) and not delivered what they advertised and promised, this app succeeds without exception. Consistent, quality service and many features. This app has never crashed on me.
