This developer takes money for the application that does not work. On my iPhone 4S this application displays developer's logo and exits to the home screen. I want to know how I can get my money back.

One of the best apps, been using it for years

Where other apps have failed (faxes haven't gone through, etc) and not delivered what they advertised and promised, this app succeeds without exception. Consistent, quality service and many features. This app has never crashed on me.

FAQ

What does MobileToolz™ do?

MobileToolz™ is an all-in-one business productivity app designed to boost your efficiency on the go. It allows you to view and print various document types, create new text documents, send faxes, send postcards and letters, capture and process images, and even screencast your app to other devices.

What are the key features of this app?

Key features include the ability to print over 1,400 printer models, send faxes to over 220 countries without a subscription, receive faxes with a USA-based toll-free number (subscription required), send physical mail via USPS, and use a web browser to transfer files between your computer and the app.

How does the app handle printing?

The app supports printing a wide array of document types, including PDF, Word, Excel, and image files. It connects to over 1,400 printer models from various manufacturers, and no additional software is needed on your computer for networked or shared printers.

What are the costs associated with using MobileToolz™?

The app itself is free to download. However, sending faxes requires purchasing fax units, where each unit typically covers a one-page fax sent within 60 seconds to the USA or Canada. Receiving faxes or voicemail via a toll-free number requires a monthly subscription, which includes 60 minutes of usage per month.

How can I import files into the app?

You can import files into the app through several methods. These include using a web browser to transfer files from your computer, uploading files via iTunes, using a WebDAV server, or emailing a file to yourself and then selecting the app from the 'Open In...' menu in your email client.
