Free version is terrible now

The free version of this app used to be great but it is now terrible. Don’t bother downloading unless you’re happy to fork out for the subscription. The screen is crowded with UPGRADE TO PREMIUM everywhere getting in the way so you can’t see anything. Can’t click on any local stations to see details (which you ARE allowed to do in free version!!) because a whole screen pop-up saying ENHANCED MAP ZOOM BUY BUY BUY takes over even though I’m not trying to zoom.
If I can’t access something in free version, then just make it so my clicks do nothing. Stealing the whole screen to shove BUYBUYBUYSPENDSPENDSPEND in my face is infuriating. If the free version is supposed to make me want to purchase a subscription, it’s not working. I have never wanted to disengage with an app faster. Truly a shame because I used to use this frequently to submit symptoms data. You’d think exchanging data would be worth a damn but apparently not.

Pay app

Used to be free but just like anything else you have to pay a subscription. No thanks.

Terrible

Ruined a good app, totally useless to me now. I need to know when certain plants are in season, now you want $$ and it’s not worth it. But of course you will have some excuse as to why you charging. This new technology wasn’t worth the upgrade!

👎 Bad Update. Inaccurate. And costs.

The newest “pretty” update that the developers say they had no choice but to build is so dreadfully inaccurate, and the details of pollen levels is hidden behind a paywall. The developers admit they receive government grant money for this project, then they charge the user. Doesn’t see right.

Better App, but minimal data without Subscription

The App is better, but the information available without a subscription has been heavily reduced and apparently the websites showing today’s pollen count are no longer updated.
I would consider a subscription, but the price is far too high.
