User reviews

Extremely helpful resource

I do wish this had funding for the entire app to be free of charge considering it’s a preventative measure for people who can suffer serious health issues due to allergens and pollution.

Please also include a feature/monitoring around the data centres popping up in Melbourne especially West Footscray for the diesel generators. Already we have days of smelling jet fuel and the DC hasn’t even officially come online

Great app for allergy sufferers

I’ve been using this app since a doctor recommended it. Tried the paid version for more features and a yearly subscription for a reasonable fee.
Living in the city, I feel the alerts are great.
Would be nice if they stayed longer on the screen to be read. 4.5 stars

Cant migrate from airrater.

My old password and id wont login to original record of last few years. How do i reset that password so i can access this data

Ad-ridden bloatware

No good. You have prioritised ads over information. Why can’t you (melb uni) rise above this adware nonsense and make app free?

This app has been totally ruined by pretty pictures obscuring the actual info.

This app used to be very simple. It would just bring up warnings and easily intelligible graphics and results. Now a “designer” has tackled it, and the first thing they came up with is a pretty picture of a house as starting point. This conveys zero information and needs an explanation button that says, “What does this mean?” How ridiculous is it to start with a graphic that they clearly know doesn't mean anything to anyone, and then add a button to explain it? To get the actual useful information, you have to scroll down through different screens. Why this information isn’t top dead centre. I don’t know, unless it’s just to make sure you look at the advertising. Overall, the baseline info is useful, but the GUI is an absolute disaster.
