Works Fine
No difficult issues thus far. It mapped the house pretty easily. I would love an update to the app that gives you a push notification 15 or 30 min prior to a scheduled cleaning. But other than that it works pretty well.
Firm ware
I just bought a AIRROBO T20+ and opened it and downloaded the app. Every time I open the app it directs me to a firm update but I keep having problems I can’t use it. W need someone to help me with this problem
Latest update was not great
Used to work great. Was super happy with it. This latest update seems to have made it worse. Thinks the edge of my rug is a "cliff". Wish I could revert back to the previous firmware that was previously working great..

Recent update deleted all maps and cannot create new maps. Robot is now lost in space.
Failed to load map
Recent update leaves me with a constant “Failed to load the map” error and the map screen repeatedly reloads/flashes without resolution

My robot worked great until another update was shoved down our throats. Now I can’t choose any options and update won’t even download. JUNK!

Been using this months now and the vacuum will go a few inches, spin a direction, go a few inches, spin a direction, repeat. He used to go in straight lines, room to room. Now he’s pretty much a glorified spot cleaner no matter the setting we put him on.

Ich habe seit zwei Wochen immer wieder das Problem das er nach wenigen Sekunden einfach aus geht. Der WLAN Router befindet sich im selben Raum und vollständig aufgeladen ist er auch. Andere Fehlerquellen werden im Handbuch nicht erwähnt

Seit 6 Monaten mein hilfreicher Begleiter!
Ich versuche seit einer Woche zwei Zimmer zum täglichen Reinigen einzustellen, die Zimmer sind in der App-Karte bunt hinterlegt, jedoch werden sie nicht zur Reinigung gespeichert. Es läuft immer das volle Programm mit allen Zimmern. Mache ich etwas falsch??
Dumb for a Smart Vacuum
I must say my expectations were higher for a vacuum system that requires wifi and tracks locations cleaned throughout the house. The P20 regularly stops about 8” short of walls, blowing all the hair to the edges, won’t run the full length of a room, spends substantial amounts of time and battery life on very small areas (watched it drain 30% battery on a 8’ X 8’ square with no obstacles around it), can’t climb over half-inch thresholds, and doesn’t adjust speed based on the setting of quick clean vs. meticulous clean. It gets three stars because it is pretty full of pet hair every time it runs, and it generally finds its way home to the charger.

Vacuum decent. App not so much.
Finally got my whole house mapped. Log on one day and I just get and endless loading icon. I’ve checked for an update, deleted and restarted the app, and checked all settings. My husband downloaded the app and logged in with my password and he gets the same. I can still clean using the “start” button, but cannot customize/view my map, enforce “no zones”, etc.

Finde es schade das es keine Karten Steuerung gibt das ich zum Beispiel nur einzelne Räume sauber machen lassen kann oder manche Bereiche sperren kann!

Firmware update
Just got the update today and did a full classic vacuum session. The map got different on the app, and the robot is getting completely lost, random order of rooms, random trajectories, and what the live update on the app shows (what it has cleaned) is bonkers 😂 and bumping into me for the first time. Pretty sure it will be temporary, but got a non-regression test failure on the update ?

No way to change wifi
I logged into the 5ghz network by accident so I can’t get the app to work during set up. I can’t find where I’m able to change that in the app. I tried “diagnosing network issues” but it’s literally a long list of numbers that layman’s can’t understand. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it hoping it would prompt me to connect to my network again, but the app stays in my cloud so it remembers that information, so I’m back to not being able to find anyway to change the network that connects the device to the app.
