Why do I have to keep reconnecting the drone and it does the opposite of the control guide, maybe it has to update itself after several usage.
Don’t use in the house the first time or your ceiling will max out itself self elevation 🫨, thought I wasted $200 but after learning that outside is the only sensible configuration starting point, I was able to get a few takeoffs with photos and recording of everything that I didn’t command it to do.

Mediocre quality, and non functioning app.
The camera quality is mediocre for the cost of the drone, and the app doesn’t work on iPhone for joystick mode. However, the app works fine on android. Please fix the iPhone app!

My kid is an influencer and he went crazy for this thing. App is easy to use and works as promised.

Confusion on connect
I thought the air pix was broken! But, in fact, it Does connect to it’s wifi with the extremely confusing message “no internet connection” well that means YOUR PHONE is not connected to the internet! But your phone IS CONNECTED TO THE AIR PIX!, so I spent the first hour using bad language until I saw on the support web site that in fact all was well. After that it flew.

This app is only for air selfie. Is you have the Aie Selfie 2 you need to download the other app.
Huge disappointment!
Waited almost 2 years to get the drone from a Kickstarter program. It finally arrived. I was excited to see it. Since I got it ... wow! What a piece of junk! Takes selfies of everything except people, bounces off the floor, runs into walls, loses connection with phone, etc. piece of crap! Unfortunately if you are getting this app... you probably already have one :(

I see several bad reviews but I unpacked it and updated the firmware and had it up and running in less than 15 minutes. It does exactly what it says. No problem here
Horrid customer service
The drones propellers fly off the mount constantly and the company is unable or unwilling to send replacements. They never respond to emails unless it’s a lie. Do not buy any of their products you will regret it.

Biggest Fail Ever
if you are getting this app, unfortunately you already bought the device, which is totally unresponsive and with an app full of bugs. The propellerà got detached after 2 flights. This is the perfect example of what you should not do when designing hardware and software together. Their support team is MIA. Not sure if I should define them a shame or a scam or something else...

Undiscoverable
Took out of the box, updated firmware, now undiscoverable.....uggggggg

After months upon month of waiting for the Air Pix, it has finally arrived. After fully charging it and the Air Bank, it is just comply undiscoverable in the wifi settings. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with iOS 14 or the app just needs a serious update (last update 5 months ago from what I can see here) so, I’ll patiently wait and see.

By the looks of the other reviews they are trying to connect a different device. This app works well with the tiny air pix selfie drone. Easy to use and no problems connecting

Mine won’t connect
I got one of these as a gift recently and it won’t connect to the app. The WiFi pops up and I can connect to it on my phone but after that, nothing.

Love the ability to fly my AIR PIX with auto- fly. Easy to capture a selfie and super fun to apply the in-app filters to customize it before I share with friends! Not having to exit the app to share and edit 👍🏻👍🏻
UX is too tough to make it useful for normals
Everyday users won’t find this useful unfortunately, it sounded useful but it’s too difficult to get right.
Instructions need to be clearer. Less developer focused and more user focused.
