Trouble with this App from day one
Overall I am not impressed with this app. First off it only manages a fraction of the features on the Czone so many of the features you will need to go to the panel to manage. Most importantly the app and or the Pepwave has been flaky from the get go. It finally got to the point that while managing the Airstream worked I couldn’t make changes to the WiFi, even though at one point I had connected it to my home network. Now the app shows the WiFi is off and can not be turned on. Even though my home router shows the unit is connected and data is passing through the network. Also the SIM card I bought wasn’t recognized. The app is so flaky that once I sign in to the app I cannot sign out from it. That feature would not work. Overall I would can’t recommend purchasing the Airstream Connect system or using this app.

App needs to support iPadOS

It would be great if the app layout included iPadOS so one could manage the unit from an iPhone or an iPad. The iPhone layout on iPad is less than desirable.

Such a let down
Wow, just terrible. The app is glitchy at best and the hardware is subpar. So disappointed I purchased airstream connected for my trailer. I’ve called Airstream and have called the dealer that installed and no resolution.
Airstream Connected Still Not Working
I’m very disappointed with this product. It has not worked with any consistency since purchasing my Flying Cloud last August of 2021. I’ve contacted and emailed customer support at Airstream numerous times without any resolution. I’m told “They’re working on it” and have been told this for the last six months. I noticed that the app was updated twice in the past few days, but neither update fixed any of my issues.

Great app
Since I work a lot from the road, Airstream Connected makes it easier for me to stay connected while working and traveling. I don’t have to worry about losing connection. Often, staying connected is what prevents you from traveling. This app allows me to work and travel!
App performs as marketed
This app is to help setup and manage your airstream connected system. It’s great for editing your password, troubleshooting, being able to check on your airstream if you’re away, etc.
You can also use the checklists for arrival and departure if you’re not well versed on all the steps. Super helpful for newbies.
There is nothing over the top about the app, and it does exactly what is explained in the description.

Keeps me connected
This keeps me connected when sometimes my cellphone won’t. Makes it easy to log into campground WiFi too.

Seamless, easy control of a complex device
Makes it easy control the router; also love the GPS feature to make my way back to my Airstream after a day of adventuring.
Terrible App Worst Investment In 20 years
This is a $2500 investment that has not worked for over a year since purchasing the system. Both AT&T and Airstream have been disappointing in their service and solving the issues with this product.

Not there yet
I have had the connect system for over a year and CANNOT recommend it! This “new” app still does not allow my iPhone or iPad to connect to the router so that I can make changes (unlike what it states in the description). I actually took my AS to Jackson Center to have this looked at but they just said they were having problems with the app and there was nothing they could do. Definitely a $2000 mistake!

Won’t download current version 2.1
It says there’s a current version of the app that fixes login issues. However every time I try to download from the link provided it’s still the old version 2.0.54
It Works.
I traveled a big loop around the US covering over 26K miles in my Airstream.
The AT&T Connected system worked for me in almost every area I camped. I was happy with the speeds and able to watch Netflix and YouTube programming without issues.
I highly recommend this system.
