Good app, but

I really wish they had a small widget that I could include on my home screen to constantly see what my radon levels are rather than needing to open the app and sync every time. If syncing is an issue, maybe let the app auto sync every few hours.

Stopped working, support unresponsive

Stopped working, support no help

No Apple HomeKit integration

I love my Airthings view plus but the lack of HomeKit integration is a huge miss! I want to buy more Airthings products, but I’m not buying anything else until I find out if they’re ever going to support Apple HomeKit. I feel like as soon as I buy something they would come out with a new product that supports have a HomeKit and I would have to replace everything in my house. I see this a lot in the industry where companies will support Amazon Alexa or Google home but they always leave out Apple HomeKit. This is a mistake because more and more people on Apple products and they want everything to talk together and be unified in their Apple home app. Also, if they integrated with Apple HomeKit, I would be able to set up custom commands back to my Ecobee thermostat as it stands you cannot at this time. Very disappointing for such an expensive product. Maybe companies will learn one day to stop leaving Apple out of their products. Many times they wonder why they’re not selling a lot of their product and many times it has to do with customers wanting products that support thread, matter, and Apple HomeKit.

No data even though it synced

Synced device and individual readings on home screen have changed, but when I go in to look at graphs it says no data. The last data it will show me is from 2 weeks ago!

stop logging me out

they log you out of an app that shouldn’t have a login to begin with. I hate companies like these guys. They just want to steal and sell your information.

Great one!

Reliable and must have. Highly recommended

Lack of Widgets, HomeKit, and Shortcuts.

Really disappointed that such a smart and expensive piece of kit (Airthings View Plus) has such a lack of iOS features.
Shortcut/Homekit integration with this thing would be incredible.
Imagine being able to turn on a fan with a smart plug when you hit certain thresholds - without having to jump through 3rd party app hoops.

I thought Home Screen widgets would be the bare minimum for an app like this. At least being able to see a measurement at a glance.

Really bizarre choice to make this as barebones as it is on iOS.

Had been great!

It is great seeing what you are breathing!!!!

App crashes on startup

App continually is crashing when trying to launch, shows loading spinner and then crashes. Unusable.

Easy to setup , no subscriptions

So easy to monitor , set notifications for CO2 or similar . Perfect for what we wanted it to be

can’t sign in because my default browser is safari

This is an iPhone and you don’t support safari? Can’t login to the app cause it loads native browser. Totally stuck. So annoying.

Wouldn’t have purchased the device if I knew it was this hard to set up.

Not worth the money

The system is flaky and connectivity is very inconsistent. These are not inexpensive but they perform like they are. I recommend that you save yourself some cash and buy one less expensive on Amazon.

Zoom

Pinch to zoom would be a great feature upgrade from the fixed 3/24h 7/30d 1y

Excellent Air Quality Monitor

The monitor was expensive and I was hesitant to purchase it. I’m so glad that I did. It is an exceptional monitor way better than any other. I’ve tried and I’m considering purchasing another. I love the app and open it quite often. My only wish was that they supported widgets and HomeKit.

Will not save data for more than one home

Works well enough, but to use it in another home you have to completely reset and unpair the device from the app, it won’t save data from more than one home. Even though you can set up multiple homes in the app, when you ‘pair’ the device with a different home you LOSE ALL PAST DSTA. You have to buy multiple devices to store data for multiple homes, which is stupid. Also stupid, you cannot view any data outside of Bluetooth range, why not allow viewing data over WiFi REMOTELY. You have to be inside the home to view the data.

Flawless

Easy to use. Easy to set up. I don’t regret spending a few hundred (total) on two different devices: one for the basement and especially radon, and the other for the bedroom. I have no complaints. (maybe the price is a little high.)

Great information

Great information on the health of the air in your house
Everybody should have one

Radon/Temperature/Humidity monitor

Easy to use. Installed it for 50 days before radon mitigation was carried out, in order to get a feel into the variability in the radon readings. Saw immediate results in the monitor and looking forward to the next 50 days to see if the readings level out. Before mitigation I was reading 200 Beq/ m3. Early results after mitigation (1 day) less than 30 Beq/ m3.

False after 3 months

Worked fine then started reporting stupid co2 numbers after reset it will no longer connect

Nice app. Few suggestions though. App layout only designed for one device.

When you have multiple devices, you should be able to look at one graph and see the levels from every device all in one graph without having to look at each individual one. It’s a pain in the butt and not easy to compare devices throughout the same house. Every sensor should have this capability. You should also be able to rearrange the dashboard or have a section of the dashboard that just shows you all sensors in the house broken down by category. For instance, CO2 within that box, you would have kitchen living room bedroom with the numbers next to each this way you don’t have to keep scrolling up and down. The app is designed for only one device. You need to revisit the way. Multiple devices are displayed. The two options above would make this app so much better.
