Know Your Air

Great Unit! Simple with a ton of data. Very responsive to recent wildfires in our area.

Customer service will ignore you over text in their app. And no phone number

This is a game changer in keeping your family healthy!!!

Great one!

Reliable and must have. Highly recommended

Missing an option

This device is definitely helpful but the software is missing an important option to save the data for more advanced analysis.

Love it

Would be great if you can add notes to PM spikes as to why you are getting the spikes. I cooked earlier and it spiked. Would be nice to put a note in as to why.

Fantastic insights!

Really enjoyed the first few weeks of monitoring the air quality in different rooms at home, especially the bedroom where you sleep and spend a lot of time. To my surprise, radon levels are very low, but the CO2 and VOC levels go up to high levels quickly overnight when windows are closed and AC is on. Not sure what can be done to keep these levels low at night, but opening windows in the early mornings is the best thing to keep these indicators low. It’s great to get these insights so quickly and accurately.
Overall, I’ve been monitoring the air quality on a daily basis and love learning how to keep a healthy air quality at home.

Broke connectivity to older devices

Badly designed and implemented software. Requires manual synchronization to keep data current. Periodic updates are buggy. It may result in complete loss of history and connectivity. No meaningful improvements.

Excellent Indoor Air Quality Monitoring!

The devices and iOS app work great! Highly recommend.

Airthings are awesome

Super to know radon levels and as well CO2 levels.

Measure Clean Air Before It Becomes A Problem

As someone whose respiratory symptoms can be triggered by changes in indoor environmental conditions, Airthings has become one of the most valuable tools I own.
You can't manage what you don't measure. I use Airthings to monitor the indoor air parameters that matter most to me, including CO₂, particulate matter (PM2.5), radon, humidity, temperature, and VOCs, so I can better understand my environment and reduce potential triggers.
Clean air starts with measuring it. If you don't know what's in your indoor environment, you're just guessing.
For homeowners, families, and anyone with asthma, allergies, or respiratory sensitivities, I believe continuous indoor air quality monitoring helps you make better-informed decisions about ventilation and your indoor environment.
Better Data. Better Questions. Better Buildings. Better Health.™

Sucks

This new app sucks

Even Works Well on MacOS

Great app for a great product! Works well with no issues.

Arctic Ready

We have had two Airthings running in our research on Devon Island just below the North Pole, the past couple of years and they are magic! Solid reliability in the most remote Arctic analogue station on Earth.
They are one of most important pieces of equipment we use for environmental controls monitoring.
Thank you, to the entire team!

Great radon sensor

With the simple wave of a hand, you always know if the radon levels are safe.

Good app, but

I really wish they had a small widget that I could include on my home screen to constantly see what my radon levels are rather than needing to open the app and sync every time. If syncing is an issue, maybe let the app auto sync every few hours.

Stopped working, support unresponsive

Stopped working, support no help

No Apple HomeKit integration

I love my Airthings view plus but the lack of HomeKit integration is a huge miss! I want to buy more Airthings products, but I’m not buying anything else until I find out if they’re ever going to support Apple HomeKit. I feel like as soon as I buy something they would come out with a new product that supports have a HomeKit and I would have to replace everything in my house. I see this a lot in the industry where companies will support Amazon Alexa or Google home but they always leave out Apple HomeKit. This is a mistake because more and more people on Apple products and they want everything to talk together and be unified in their Apple home app. Also, if they integrated with Apple HomeKit, I would be able to set up custom commands back to my Ecobee thermostat as it stands you cannot at this time. Very disappointing for such an expensive product. Maybe companies will learn one day to stop leaving Apple out of their products. Many times they wonder why they’re not selling a lot of their product and many times it has to do with customers wanting products that support thread, matter, and Apple HomeKit.

No data even though it synced

Synced device and individual readings on home screen have changed, but when I go in to look at graphs it says no data. The last data it will show me is from 2 weeks ago!

stop logging me out

they log you out of an app that shouldn’t have a login to begin with. I hate companies like these guys. They just want to steal and sell your information.
