Can’t make calls
This used to be a better option calling international, now it’s been weeks no connection, customer service is crap, don’t use please
Poor service
I have been using this App for several year's and the functionality is not great. The only reason I keep using it is because I don't have much of an option to call my country of origin. At some point the App was down for several months. Sadly very disappointing.
Frustratingly BAD
This app allows you to recharge money but you can never get through calling overseas numbers.

Great start. The rates are great. The app isn’t working anymore and I had money in it. I can’t even open it.

I topped up $30.00 this morning (01/10/19) I only got $8.00, where did $22.00 disappear to? Please help and refund back to my account.

Why I’m getting annoyed
The reason I put 5 is because it’s being working perfectly for the past 2 years for me but it doesn’t connect using wifi only allow mobile data which I never had problems with but now it won’t connect with either of them I’m now getting annoyed cause there is money in my account. So please fix these please

Airtime disappeared
The app is ok but im not happy with my airtime disappear. Topped up $5 and used probably 40cents the next morning woke up with a zero airtime, please can someone explain. I’ve used the app many times and this is the first time this happened
Cheap but Unreliable
It is a good cheap app but somehow unreliable. It keeps on bringing up that your call is forbidden and a code comes up . It gives me nuts

Installed and signed up for a number to call home and paid some top up credit but number not working .
Call Quality
Phone calls lasting 18 seconds or so then going silent. Tried yesterday morning and again today but same thing is happening. Very annoying when you are trying to have an important conversation
