Doesn’t appear to support band steering 2.5-5ghz
So my app only works when the phone and the unit are on the same frequency even though most routers and phones have dual band combining 2.5 and 5ghz- causing the app to only connect some of the time! Yet the software connects to both. Terrible connectivity to have a unit that works occasionally at best. Please fix the connectivity bugs!!! Fix on the website is to split your bands - ruining the entire network experience for your home or business.

Cannot connect
Getting worse every time they update it . Cannot connect with the app at all . Performed the reinstall several times , turned off the power . Rolled up one trouser leg and nodded to the east 9 times . To no avail . Useless
Random connection
Will connect maybe one time in twenty attempts. Extremely annoying!
Wifi dropouts fixed at last
The recent version appears to have solved a problem with the base station dropping off the wifi intermittently (ie frequently). Recommended now that this is fixed.
Only local WiFi
You can even use it outside of local WiFi, the hell is the point????
Wifi issues on app!!
Whatever this new update is has broken the app! Keeps saying to ensure it’s connected to wifi!! Keep checking touchpad and it IS connected! App is useless at the moment! So angry!
No longer works and poor support
App worked okay but recently has had notice of update required and post update does not work at al (comes ip with wifi/network error). Not an isolated problem.

Continuous issue. Can’t login when the app cuts you off. Console updates don’t sync with the app.
So buggy. Avoid.
App shows “connecting” every time I open it (I never force close it). This then fails and brings up “show saved systems” which then goes through the connection process.
On top of this, changing settings on the app rarely does anything. For example, I used the app to change the temp from 22 degrees to 20 and dropped fan speed from medium to low. The app showed those changes had been made but the wall mounted controller showed no change. It’s the same with turning different rooms on and off and yes, I’ve allowed plenty of time for the app to connect and also for the change to take place.
Overall, I really wish we didn’t replace our other controller with this amateur garbage. Feeling pretty ripped off TBH.

Works most the time
Have had our panel for years, the app itself works most of the time for me and also works well with Alexa and Google however we do have a recurrent problem of the temperature just jumping persistently back to one I didn’t want. For example I’ll select 22C for heat and it just jumps back to 24 all the time when I don’t want it on 24C. Happens on all modes.

Always Crashing
This app is terrible. It barely connects, and on the rare occasion it does, it crashes almost instantly. I've spent good money on a new aircon system that I can't even control properly because this software is completely unreliable. It’s unacceptable. Fix it.
Constantly disconnects
This really is a terrible app. It disconnects every time I open it. If one person sets a timer, it gets deleted if someone else opens the app or uses the console screen, which basically makes the timer setting pointless. Definitely would not recommend! Get a different system with an app that actually functions.

Terrible app
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Really frustrating. My login details stay autofilled on the log in screen. Sometimes they will log me in and then other times it tells me they are incorrect and I have to wait half an hour to try again and then it works.

Terrible accessibility
This app works very badly with VoiceOver and you are just about able to control the AC. Apple has made it possible for Apps to be totally accessible for the blind using VoiceOver but despite contacting the developers they seem to have no interest in making this app work for everyone, good job I spent so much money on a quality AC unit. If you rely on any accessibility features in iOS, look elsewhere

Hate app piece of rubbish
Will never install this brand into my home again the app is so annoying 95% of the time it won’t log I have to spend time closing app re opening trying again and again and again.. bug never fixed no matter how many times I update the wall one and the phone app never has updates fix the issue spent 20k plus and feature doesn’t work seamlessly
