Update broke colours
Update 15/12/25 - Thank you for fixing the dark mode text colour for zone percentages!
The app has usually worked well but the latest update has set the zone % text as white on a very light grey / white background ground. Almost impossible to read, please fix this!

Dark mode error
UPDATE: updated to IOS 26.2 and now all works again with the white font on % now back to normal .
December 2025 update killed room % display
Utterly ruined the functionality of our system just as we enter a heatwave. Useless pricks obviously too lazy to test anything. Thanks a bunch.
Latest update caused room % to disappear
I can no longer see the % of air flow coming from the vents. Hopefully this is fixed soon

Why would you get rid of the black % and change it to white so you cannot even see it! Won’t automatically connect on my local network while I’m at home any more either.

Constantly looses connection with controller app features don’t always load properly most likely due to being out of date with new phones or iPhones technology

This whole week I’ve tried using the app with zero luck.Do they even have customer service - it literally has no contact number. Want to rip it out and get something reliable.

Phone numbers in the help section need an updated. Some of them are not available any more.

It states that The AC is not available. So can’t even switch it on or use any controls.

App is ok but needs contrasting colour for on off button
Like the air touch 2 controller, the on/off switch is almost the same colour. It is difficult to tell if the system is actually on or off. Why don’t you either change the button colours to red for off and green for on or have the words on/off. It would be great if the actual wall module could change the on/off colour also.

Terrible app
Will not connect to my system under any circumstances. Air Touch 2 touch pad claims to be connected to wifi but app always states ‘NO Local Network Found’
Having trouble
I have two A/C units, each with an AirTouch 2 controlling them. I have one AirTouch 2 connected to my wifi and working well but the second unit, although also connected to wifi, does not show up in the Ap. Not sure what to do?
App doesn’t connect
App worked when I first started using, now it hasn’t been able to connect via Wifi or internet for 2 years. System is clearly connected to Wifi but App doesn’t work, very disappointed.
Works well
Gen 2 panel works great but couldn’t justify the cost for a version 4 panel (airtouch4) for only 4 bedrooms.
