Worst customer service experience
I sent an email complaining that regards, they replied that I will be contacted in 48 hours and no one appears.
I requested for exchange the courier picked up the item again and it is one week of waiting now.
I am really disappointed with my experience with this App

تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء أكثر من مرة، وفي كل مرة نفس الأسلوب:
وعود، تسويف، وكلام للاستهلاك فقط، ولا يوجد أي التزام حقيقي أو احترام للعميل أو لأمواله.
للأسف، هذا التطبيق لا يتحمل أي مسؤولية عند الخطأ، ويتعامل مع أموال الناس وكأنها بلا قيمة. تجربة سيئة جدًا، ولن أكررها، ولا أنصح أي شخص بالتعامل معهم إذا كان يهمه حقه ووقته

Poor Service and Repeated Mistakes

After that, I requested a return. The courier came to my house without informing me beforehand that he was coming at that time. Naturally, I didn’t notice my phone because I wasn’t expecting him at all. And the doorbell at my house is actually broken, so even if he rang it, I wouldn’t have known.
I later contacted him and explained that he was supposed to inform me before coming. He told me that he came to the house and rang the doorbell, but this is not my fault because I had no idea he was coming, and the doorbell doesn’t even work. He came based on the location he had from the original delivery without notifying me, and he told me he would come again today, but until now no one has contacted me.
I honestly didn’t like the service, and I’m shocked. I didn’t expect the experience to be this bad.

Now, after two days, the shipment status again shows “Out for Delivery”, but I still haven’t received any call. I have clearly mentioned that this is my office address, and the delivery must be completed before 5 PM. I’m concerned that the same issue will happen again, showing “Customer Postponed” without any actual delivery attempt.

Now I've read the comments and I'm shocked. My advice: go to Namshi or Trendyol; they're much better for you.
طلبت و لا في طريقة للتواصل معهم و كمان تطبيقهم فيه مشكلة ما تقدر تتبع طلبك ولا يوجد رقم. تتصل فيه و الواتساب فقط البوت الي يرد عليك و لا يعطيك خيار تتواصل مع خدمة عملاء والله فشل ذريع و بحكم ان تمارا متوفر عندهم طلب و هذا فشل في تمارا كمان توقعت تطبيق موثوق لكن زبالين.
والان قرات التعليقات و انصدم .نصيحة. توجه على نمشي ولا ترنديول و الله افضل لك .

Not sure this is a legit apps
According to the app, my order was marked as "complete and delivered," yet I have not received anything. I called your customer service for clarification and was assisted by someone named Mohammed. Unfortunately, instead of helping resolve the issue, he responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He even began speaking to me in an inappropriate tone, as if trying to "teach me verbs" rather than addressing my concern.
When I asked why the app shows the order as delivered when it hasn't arrived, he simply said it was a system error — without offering any apology or attempt to assist further.
Frankly, I’m shocked that a company of your size does not provide proper training for customer service staff, especially when dealing with genuine customer concerns.
I hope you take this complaint seriously and take immediate steps to improve your customer service. I would also like an update on the status of my order as soon as possible.
