The best app for sport

Worst customer service experience

I order items and came with wrong color,there is no place where I can complain on the app regarding the issue only call or email,so I asked for exchange and tooks almost 10 days for pickup and receive , when it comes after 10 days it was the same item which I’ve sent.
I sent an email complaining that regards, they replied that I will be contacted in 48 hours and no one appears.
I requested for exchange the courier picked up the item again and it is one week of waiting now.

I am really disappointed with my experience with this App

Very bad user experience

App is not working, site is always lagging. Hoth are not opening and i cannot register. I have made a list of shopping and very lagging when i sign in. I downloaded and uninstalled the app several to resolve this issue. Personal experience with app and website is very very bad.

I heard about a lot of negative reviews on their services and quality of the products , I myself ordered a Nike shoes , it was due for delivery after 5 days , but I showed under 2 days of placing the order , the price of the product was better then every other shops , so I was worried that it might be rejected or fake product,it was not fake, I was really surprised by their service and the quality of the product , I will definitely order shoes from them again in the future, don’t trust these negative reviews, most of them are lie.

تجربة سيئة جدا ومخيبه للامال

قمت بالطلب من هذا التطبيق، وتم خصم المبلغ كاملًا. عند التوصيل فوجئت بإلغاء بعض الأصناف بدون أي حل فوري، ومنذ ذلك اليوم وأنا أنتظر استرداد المبلغ إلى الآن بدون نتيجة.

تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء أكثر من مرة، وفي كل مرة نفس الأسلوب:
وعود، تسويف، وكلام للاستهلاك فقط، ولا يوجد أي التزام حقيقي أو احترام للعميل أو لأمواله.

للأسف، هذا التطبيق لا يتحمل أي مسؤولية عند الخطأ، ويتعامل مع أموال الناس وكأنها بلا قيمة. تجربة سيئة جدًا، ولن أكررها، ولا أنصح أي شخص بالتعامل معهم إذا كان يهمه حقه ووقته

Customer service sucks

The customer service sucks and the app didn’t work well. It shows delivered in tracker even if it’s not yet delivered. 90 mins shipping is a scam! I ordered 2 weeks ago and i still did not received the order. They even asked me to put it to return in the app but I didn’t even receive the product? How can i do that!

Poor Service and Repeated Mistakes

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a very simple item — a dress with a removable skirt — yet the team failed twice to send the correct product. This shows a lack of responsibility and negligence in handling customers’ orders. The entire situation has been very stressful, especially because this was supposed to be my wedding dress. I was really hoping to receive the dress I wanted, but this experience has been completely miserable. I will no longer order from this company, as this level of service is unacceptable.

Bad experience‼️‼️

I ordered a Tory Burch bag from them, and it arrived in a transparent bag without any accessories. I called to file a complaint and also sent an email afterward, but no one contacted me at all.

After that, I requested a return. The courier came to my house without informing me beforehand that he was coming at that time. Naturally, I didn’t notice my phone because I wasn’t expecting him at all. And the doorbell at my house is actually broken, so even if he rang it, I wouldn’t have known.

I later contacted him and explained that he was supposed to inform me before coming. He told me that he came to the house and rang the doorbell, but this is not my fault because I had no idea he was coming, and the doorbell doesn’t even work. He came based on the location he had from the original delivery without notifying me, and he told me he would come again today, but until now no one has contacted me.

I honestly didn’t like the service, and I’m shocked. I didn’t expect the experience to be this bad.

Very bad delivery services

It’s been a three days I’m trying to contact your delivery representative to come and pick return he’s not responding. His mobile is continuously switched off whom I’m supposed to contact? I emailed you many times but No action has been taken against that delivery partner who is ignoring calls and messages. I already shared contact detail and screenshots how he’s not responding to any of my messages and call. Hope you’re going to take an action against that him so he do not repeat the same behaviour with other customers

Best app ever

I love 6th street because of huge variety and good prices

Very Bad Service

I had placed an order through your application, which was scheduled for delivery on the 10th. On that day, the tracking status showed “Out for Delivery”, but I never received any call from the delivery partner. Later, the status suddenly changed to “Customer Postponed”, which is incorrect — I did not request any postponement.

Now, after two days, the shipment status again shows “Out for Delivery”, but I still haven’t received any call. I have clearly mentioned that this is my office address, and the delivery must be completed before 5 PM. I’m concerned that the same issue will happen again, showing “Customer Postponed” without any actual delivery attempt.

Needs Performance Improvements

The application has useful features and a clean interface, but the performance is noticeably slow. Pages take longer than expected to load, and certain actions (like logging in or switching between sections) feel laggy. This impacts productivity and overall user experience. Optimizing speed and responsiveness would make the app much more reliable and enjoyable to use.

افشل تطبيق تسوق | The worst shopping app

I placed an order, but there's no way to contact them. Their app also has a problem: you can't track your order, and there's no phone number. You can only call them, and WhatsApp only responds to the bot, which doesn't give you the option to contact customer service. It's a complete failure. And since Tamara offers this service, which is another failure for Tamara, I expected a reliable app, but they're garbage.

Now I've read the comments and I'm shocked. My advice: go to Namshi or Trendyol; they're much better for you.
طلبت و لا في طريقة للتواصل معهم و كمان تطبيقهم فيه مشكلة ما تقدر تتبع طلبك ولا يوجد رقم. تتصل فيه و الواتساب فقط البوت الي يرد عليك و لا يعطيك خيار تتواصل مع خدمة عملاء والله فشل ذريع و بحكم ان تمارا متوفر عندهم طلب و هذا فشل في تمارا كمان توقعت تطبيق موثوق لكن زبالين.
والان قرات التعليقات و انصدم .نصيحة. توجه على نمشي ولا ترنديول و الله افضل لك .

Not sure this is a legit apps

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had with your customer support.

According to the app, my order was marked as "complete and delivered," yet I have not received anything. I called your customer service for clarification and was assisted by someone named Mohammed. Unfortunately, instead of helping resolve the issue, he responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He even began speaking to me in an inappropriate tone, as if trying to "teach me verbs" rather than addressing my concern.

When I asked why the app shows the order as delivered when it hasn't arrived, he simply said it was a system error — without offering any apology or attempt to assist further.

Frankly, I’m shocked that a company of your size does not provide proper training for customer service staff, especially when dealing with genuine customer concerns.

I hope you take this complaint seriously and take immediate steps to improve your customer service. I would also like an update on the status of my order as soon as possible.

The worst customer service

I have initiated a return for a week . I kept getting fake updates that the pickup was unsuccessful and I was not reachable everyday when actually no one called at all. I called customer service everyday and they kept saying will be done the same day for 1 week and it was not picked up . I could not escalate as no mangers were available . The complaint and return request was closed without resolution …. This is the worst place to buy from . Save your money and don’t us e this app
