This company take the payment for all the year and it’s your product don’t work anymore they don’t give you back the difference. The quality of product it’s terrible and work max 1 year don’t buy their products

Awit cameras
Love the camera but the cloud is a subscription per camera. So for multiple cameras you need multiple subscriptions.
Garbage app
It’s the worst app ever my setting save for a day then it goes back to default where it doesn’t record nothing every day I gotta save the settings it’s annoying and it logs out constantly when it does record it has a delay so you only get to see their back when there walking away never get the faces of people just total waste of money

Brand new out of the box a video door bell v 50 you scan the the instructions book to add device. This is where it goes wrong it does not find my device so I press the +add device on app and guess what my device is not in the list of devices even though the instructions tell me to use this app. So no way of using my video door bell. Waist of my time and money. But I do have a door stop now.

App is stuck and won’t sync with video doorbell
I installed the app, registered with no problem, and then it wouldn’t allow me to enter a device. I see in other reviews that this seems to be consistent in recent reviews.

Looks like this App is dead in the water since charging way too much, when for years it was FREE if the cloud wasn’t needed, sure got rid of your loyal customers, guess the changes were a FLOP 😡

Deceit
Takes you to the aiken app and that without warning requires payment to work. Scam
Don’t.
I bought an inside battery camera just to make sure no one went out at night. For their own safety and I was alerted if they did. But this company FORCES you into paying for iCloud if you want to play back the alerts. Deleted the camera. And will never bother with these again.
