It’s had an unfixed bug for years

When you factory restore your iPhone, the previous account will still show up but with question marks instead of a code. That account can’t be deleted. It freezes the whole app and new notifications will not come in. It’s amazing that since the app’s creation the bug has been there and nobody cares to fix it.

1.9.1 doesn’t work

This version doesn’t work. Everyone on my team who are using iPhones and upgraded to this version get “account not found” error during MFA push. Android works just fine.

No backup code option

I don’t see a way to use a back up code if I ever loose my current device

ChickenSh**

You download the app because it says it's free and then you find out you have to download an app on your phone and it's 50 freaking bucks a year! That is what we call chickens**t

Most efficient & fast MFA

Good performance

Almost works

Doesn’t work at HQ. Too far removed from cell signal.

Every morning I boot. Have breakfast. Do the dance with the nonfunctional token push. Duo used to work.

Doesn’t work

Installed to replace Krypton. I get the registration request to my phone from websites but website doesn’t respond when I accept

Doesn’t work on google, GitHub, 1Password, Twitter. Krypton worked perfectly on those.

Mac user

Doesn't work.

Says on App Store it'll work on my Mac but once installed and runs just opens a dialog box that asks "Quit and Open Safari Extensions Preferences"
Click on the button and it just reopens dialog.
Open Safari manually, open Preferences then Extensions
Still won't work

Smooth

Nice and smooth experience!

Doesn’t work with Google

Installed to replace Krypton which was acquired by Akamai, but it doesn’t work with my Google account. The UI/UX is lack luster compared to the older app. I’ll stick with regular TOTP until I get a hardware key.

Passwordless is the future.

1. Stop MFA bypass attacks with the most secure standard for multi-factor authentication (FIDO2).
2. No more clunky physical security keys.

Not working with GitHub

I was able to set up the security key with GitHub, but when I subsequently try to use it for authentication I get errors.

Nice to see the Krypton service reborn though.
