Does not deliver to Falaj Sham

Wrong order
The order was not the same one i placed. It was missing some things. I tried to call and waited for costumer service but no one answered. I called the driver and he is answer was” it is jot my bad”.

Extremely late in delivering the orders and the customer service is useless they never do the thing they said they are going to do like calling back the customer and when a customer call them back no one respond

I placed order and the restaurant rejected and I lost my money as I prepaid for the order... after that tried to contact the customer service and no response from them too.... I would recommend my friends not to use this service ...really disappointed online platform ....atleast talabat people respond to your calls ... you should be more customer friendly .

The delivery takes a lot of time and the Driver goes to one then one place so he came a late and the food is cold I just started to use this app for the offers but I don’t think I will use it again

There support center is not great and if you ask for a refund you are lucky if someone reply even if restaurants failed to deliver/ they dont answer phone calls also

Great app
I was scared to use Akeed at first due to low ratings, but I thought to give it a try and support local oman business.
The delivery turned out to be great and on time!
However there was one problem.
When the driver picked up my order from the store, the app never showed that it was on the way. When the order was delivered, the app still fails to show that it’s delivered.
I was surprised to get a call from the delivery guy saying he’s downstairs.
Its not as bad as being late, but it’s better to train drivers to use the app correctly and input when they picked up the order, delivered the order, and preferably have a map which shows live location of the driver.
This will give customer peace of mind to know exactly where his order is.
Good, but needs more work! I support local Omani business, but will not compromise on quality. Don’t let us down and please be better than Delivery Hero.

Please asked your driver to check the items before the delivery. I ordered 2 and it came one.

I already complete 1 hour and the order still in restaurant. -0%
Worst Service
Waited for my food for more than 1 and half hours. Finally the food showed up past dinner time around 10:00 PM while ordered around 8:05 PM. Service has gone down hill considerably.

The app is looks terrible, functions terrible (eg: can't search for a restaurant by part of its name of its not the first word, can't search by cuisine) the app feels like it was made in 2010 and never updated.
It's such an ugly app and functions slow. Ordering has way too many steps.
The whole app needs to be redesigned from the ground up.
