Smart hound heater with WIFI control & heater
So disappointed this heater did not work with the app. It always failed to connect with WiFi. The company was great to work with & bent over backwards to make things right but wasn’t meant to be. The company was having problems with the app & updated it. They even replace our heater but had the same problems. I wanted to work so much. Asking for a refund.

Hound smart heater replacement doesn’t work either
Took it out the box, connected to Bluetooth and seemed by going
Thru set up process and then…. I get another “No device” when I attempt to connect, several times.

Not sure they can actually fix this
The problem with the app losing connectivity with the heater comes when there is a power interruption to the heater itself. It then has to be re-paired as a new set-up. The manufacturer’s support told me this is a known problem, but that it had been addressed with the last app update. Apparently this is not the case. I only rated it at two stars (instead of one) because the heater still defaults to its last heat setting after power interruption, so it will still work, it just makes this app useless.

Could be good
The problem like everyone says the app drops device and you have start from the beginning. That doesnt work once its installed. App needs to work more than a couple times.
Hound heater not worth the money.
Did not fix the issue where the app drops the device.
Connection
So far, app terrible and borderline unsafe for my dog. App disconnects and then the heater turns off.

Hello Chris_Guy, thank you for your feedback and bringing your concerns to our attention. Our app has since been updated to ensure everything is working properly. Our older model was only bluetooth compatible. We have fixed the bluetooth connection and the app is now stable and working efficiently. We have also released a new WiFi controlled Smart Heater with Video that uses the newest update of this app.
