Poor service and iOS app not functioning properly

App seems to be not working well on iOS. Not able to add beneficiary through the app. However, it’s possible on Android. Not possible to check rates also through the iOS app. Poor service from the company. Called them and mailed them through website. No one reverted back till now.

Doesn’t good

The first time I send online they send me receipt in my gmail account now no. And last time when I send money online they couldn’t send the receipt in my gmail account , and they said they couldn’t send receipt because it’s Friday, will even it’s not Friday they couldn’t send a receipt, how my family can take the money if they couldn’t give the receipt so CE number, 😡😡😡you should fix this problem,
