The app crashes all the time can’t add money. can’t save credit card information so have to enter it everytime. Not practical will change water company!

Orders are never fulfilled as promised, they’re always either missing something or delivering late.
Ordering through the app is inconvenient. When you’re ordering water from a water distribution company, you would not expect the delivery date is 3-5 days, especially, when the salesperson promised they would be available 24/7.
