Bad app bad service and staff
اتعس تطبيق واتعس موظفين اذا صارت مشكله ولا علق التطبيق ماحد يعبرك وكلما تقدم شكوى يغلقون الحاله بدون حل المشكله التحويل اذا علق تحتاج شهور لاسترجاع فلوسك ما انصح فيه ابد
Very Frustrating
Their customer service is horrible. Emailed them, called them and send messages to their live chat but still my concern was not attended. I closed my credit card with them the email and text message confirmation I received was with a different card number which was replace due to fraud. This is the first time I've heard that a bank cannot issue a confirmation with the new number because it is only a "shadow card" and not the main card. The best decision I made is not continuing with their services. Mind you, I am not the type to rate or review anything. This is the first time because no one address my concern. Once you cut off with them, no one will reply to your email. They will leave you hanging.

Very bad service frustrating experience
I have late update for the KYC from the bank and I have been waiting and following up for the two weeks since then no answer and no response for me. Every time I follow up the live chat is always like a robot. The phone number cannot called. The customer service team is really useless. I can’t even use my money for two weeks now. Really frustrating and every single time I follow up I have really which I was told every time to wait 6 days.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS NOT GOOD!!
I’ve been asking for an issue to be resolved and currently facing 2 issues already. The first one was resolved almost 3 weeks. While the current issue now, is still NOT yet resolved. I’ve been contacting call center for several times along with reaching out to chatbots yet it’s very useless to communicate with a very slow and not consistent service. Please do update your system for the convenience of your customers.

Concern Regarding Missing IBAN Details in Transaction History on Hilal Bank Mobile Application
A few days ago, I transferred an amount to another account using the IBAN number, without adding the beneficiary. The transaction was successfully completed. However, after two days, when I tried to review the transaction details in the app, I noticed that the IBAN number I had entered was not visible anymore. Instead, the app only shows limited information such as the transaction reference and amount.
For verification or cross-checking purposes, especially if an issue arises after 2–3 days, it becomes quite inconvenient to confirm the recipient details. In other banking applications, the IBAN or beneficiary details remain visible in the transaction history for easy reference.
I kindly request your team to review this matter and consider updating the application to display full transaction details, including the IBAN number used for transfers, even after completion. This will greatly improve transparency and help customers avoid confusion or the need to contact customer care repeatedly.
Please look into this issue and let me know if there is any way to retrieve the IBAN details for my previous transaction.

Disappointed with the experience
I have been banking with hilal well over 3 years but recently dissatisfied with the app service and also call center executive response on me not able to access my money because the digital app is under maintenance a day of minee planned went to a toss because of the digital app team couldn’t resolve the issues with app accessibility. And respose from the call center support did not support my situation at all as he was very well clear on he couldn’t help me with my situation on accessibility of funds and once the issue is resolved on their side only would i be able to access anything. This experience has really having me consider other credible banks to associate with.

The app and the call center will always give you a hard time, prioritizing English selection over Arabic while the bank is in Arabic bank

App not logging
Whenever I try to login my account into the app, it says I have tried many times, but if I change the number then in the same issue and I am doing this from two or three months trying to open, but it’s not opening. I also called customer support and informed them. I also wrote an email but still no one response. Please fix it. I need to use my bank.

Especially for traders and time-sensitive users, it’s crucial that money transfers happen within seconds or 2-3 minutes max. Currently, the transactions are quite slow, which makes it difficult when we need to send payment.

Poor customer support.
The support team does respond, but they don’t provide any real solutions. It feels like they have no proper knowledge about the issues. Very disappointing experience.
can’t view my credit card
Unfortunately, the app does not work properly for me in terms of accessing my credit card details. I’m unable to view the full card number after adding it, which is frustrating and inconvenient. For an app that handles payments and stores sensitive information, this is a basic feature that should be available. I hope this issue is resolved in a future update to improve the overall user experience.

Poor application unable to complete application online
I applied for a credit card using application, it got stuck in between .
Sales guy called me and supported me to complete the application . By doing that he also scammed me by signing a product along with credit card application . I asked him multiple times on his official email but he replied to me every time by calling from his land line . Shiraz khan is his name . Please be careful of sales guy call if your application is not getting completed through app .

Service is not same as before
Im already a user of this bank since 2022 before there is no maintaining balance and no additional charges but recently they start cutting me 21aed per month and the services is getting worst, transferring money is taking to long not same as before, its always delay for 3 or more days. And because of that it cost more problems like on my Due dates bills. Try to send them a message through app but the Que is not moving i was in 12 Que then after a minute im now in 24th Que 🤣🤣 its not worth it now to download this app and use.
