I enjoy Al Jazeera because it is not biased by anything American. The fact that the news agency is based in Qatar gives me more confidence that it will be free of political influence. I read an article a few years ago when there was a reporter killed. It was eye-opening to read the article from different sources. You could blatantly see which stories were written from a narrative and which stories were actually telling the truth. The story was about Shireen Abu Akleh. The differing accounts was appalling. Al Jazeera and just a few others agencies were the only ones that actually told the truth.
