Needs upgrade and improvements

UPDATE : please fix Screen shots as its disabled! Unable to do multiple converions at a single time. No live NAV and other rates. Funds details and its policies not clearly mentioned within app & while selecting execution. Profit loss filter should be there to check daily, weekly, monthly basis. Many other features missing. Also please remove Al Meezan apps which are outdated and not in use, causing confusion which is the actual app!

App is okay, support team is untrained

Support team and staff is untrained, on call support they don’t know how to greet, how to close the call and how to guide properly and have informal behavior
