Randomly stopped working, got a notification, went to read it, app decided to malfunction and throw an error. Didn’t find an update in the App Store. There goes a potential sale. It was an offer I took notice of and then the excitement died 😂

It has been quite some time as I am unable to book service appointment. Error message

Superb service and follow up by Aldwin who was our Advisor. High quality interpretation of the issues at hand and despite an additional part ordering requirement in Ramadan, the work on the vehicle was completed and it was collected in a timely manner.

App constantly says it has 82 notifications despite not having anything visible in the app. Very tempting to delete.

Road side assistance not working
It is almost now month since i bought my car and trying many times with the road side assistance option always giving me message “ it is bot available” despite of many times un-install and install again the app wondering when the development team will fix , i had registered multiple complains about it but no response

Terrible
The changes made to the app are simply terrible. Not thought out properly in relation to user experience with multiple formatting issues. Customers are unable to read appropriate detail / information on vehicles. Has there been an user testing? I doubt it. I can only describe this as a shoddy attempt to change the look and feel and in the process, you have succeeded in alienating prospective customers.

Faulty service after I picked the car two weeks ago
My AC stopped working first day of Eid after I had collected the car two weeks ago which is shameful and then not to have any emergency repair option for such a serious fault with which I could not use the car ruined the Eid holiday plans. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
Unwanted promotional push notifications
The app needs to have an option for the users to receive or disable marketing notifications.
Great service and helpful app.
