Prescriptions
I have to pay full price for my prescription’s upon pickup. Then apply for reimbursement online and it takes weeks to get my $ back.

App is amazingly unintuitive and difficult to use.
Apparently i get rewards at some point? But there is no way to redeem them? Seems usefull :/

This app does not help you find providers. Does not let you see your claims. It just has you log in over and over and shows your policy number but there is no actual benefit to using it. I’ve never seen a states blue cross blue shield this pathetic.

Very easy to use the app, I have sent a few messages to blue cross and blue shield. They have always responded within a reasonable timeframe. I am very satisfied with our blue cross and blue shield of Alabama health insurance. My wife has had a lot of health issues lately and it’s been a long process. I appreciate how much BCBS has helped. Thanks so much.

They can’t even update anything
We have been talking to these people for weeks telling them that our app shows nothing, even there system showed nothing, yet we have almost met out deductible, out of pocket, and family out of packet. It still says $0.00. App is a joke
