This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. The Alabama Power Mobile App has a new look! Coupled with the launch of our new online customer care site, this update to the App will offer the complete complement of options from the new site including new features like managing alerts, viewing billing & payment history, enrolling in paperless billing and starting/stopping service. -Enabled horizontal pan for viewing Bill PDFs when zoomed in.

Glitchy

Most of the time this app works okay to pay the power bill. Occasionally the app is unusable because all of my account info will be missing and the app requests it over and over to no avail.

Ok app

Would be a great app if it was possible to pay or use Apple Pay or Google Pay like you can on the website 🤷‍♂️

Can’t log in

The fields where you would enter user ID and password won’t except my entries. I finally got user ID to stick, but now I can’t seem to enter the password. It’s like the field is rejecting any entry. Useless.

The app is inconsistent. Sometimes it cannot retrieve info. It needs work.

Worst app ever

Crashes every three seconds try to view your bill it crashes try to sign in. It crashes very unstable. Need to update immediately.
