Sign up and login didn't work
I did the sign up process and activated and verified my email, then it forced me to log in, and it said it failed. They should just use Google, Apple, or cell magic link sign-in.

My absolute favorite, is that I can open and close my garage door from any where in the world. The added feature of checking to make sure my garage door is closed and not accidentally left open when I am away.

I’ve been finding it very useful. It would be nice if it could notify me when the garage door opens.

This app is awesome. Though it took me a second to figure out how to add a door that was already connected to a different account, it worked flawlessly in the end.

Ease and flexibility are the two main factors. Any issues that I have experienced are more than likely due to my carrier or phone.
Nice App once working
Nice App once you get it to work. I had to use AI to assist me in the configuration setup settings to get it to work.
Can’t find my opener
Great idea but I should have known that trouble was coming when they recommended deleting the app and reinstalling it.

Why is there no CarPlay connectivity?
It works…
It’s a functional app but it isn’t very fast. There is a significant lag to launch the app and to open and close the garage. If I could change the speed it takes to alert operate the door that would be great.
Linking to Apple home is frustrating as well. If there was a widget so quickly operate could be better

Easy to use
It’s very nice to be able to open a door for someone coming over that you don’t want to give your garage door code too.
Annoying ads and glitchy
Often have to log back in. Contains pop up ads at the bottom. Never buying Genie brand again. Doesn’t support Apple products very well. Unreliable. Will randomly make you log back in and redo shortcuts.
Doesn’t play well with others
Doesn’t work on Apple Watch or Car Play
