Great App!
Using it for over a year and so far so good. Very few down time easy to use and to setup, highly recommend!
It actually works!
Sometimes a lot of these type of apps always have a glitch of some sort. This was pretty seamless to install and configure. The only issue was with a garage door closer that didn’t quite know where it was and what it was supposed to do. Got it figured out with a support call and all is well.

The device as well as the app are easy to navigate. It is helpful to allow others access to our home without them needing a remote.
Almost perfect
You have almost completely perfect, but on Alexa side, it does acknowledge the garage door opener to be able to open and close through Alexa, but I have yet to be able to set a routine for when my garage door opens. It will turn on a specific set of lights. I don’t believe this is on the Aladdin side. But more so on the Alexa app

I’ve lost connection a dozen times and had to login with password each time which defeats the purpose of a remote

Great app. I just wish there was a way to silence the beep from the opener when opening or closing from the app

Garbage
Absolute trash system. Consistently disconnects, Amazon key rarely works, I have to constantly delete and re-add which takes hours out of my day. This entire company is garbage. Do NOT buy their products, it is not worth the hassle for the price you pay. Terrible!!!!

Aladdin Connect disconnects randomly at least every 2–3 months. Set up instructions in app do not match devices. Must execute the same steps repeatedly until connection is re-established.

It’s easy to install and works perfectly. App is easy to use and convenient. It was easy to synchronize with genie garage door opener

Update issues
Since the update Siri is not connecting to the app. The app works to open the door but I’m unable to use Siri no matter how many versions of saying open the door I use.

Peace of mind
I would often turn around to go home to confirm. I closed the garage door. I no longer have to do this. I just checked the app. That is such a great piece of mind and it gets me to work quick quicker. 🤣. I didn’t think I would use the feature as much as I do. I absolutely love it.
So convenient! Room to grow though too
So helpful to be able to see the status of your garage door, and I love having a button in an app in addition to the buttons in the car. It is, however, slow to open, so, mildly annoying to have to wait for it. Optimistically, this could be solved with an on-screen widget!
