Better than I thought !!
We use it all the time. And today we had a strange thing happen. Door of garage opened by itself at 12:20 pm. Okay counterclaim horn and it opened. I call my adult son He is my room doing who knows what. Any how I am outside trying to figure what is going on and agsinn1/2 later it happens on my side door closes on my side ci had opened it trying to figure if there is again a problem. To make this shorter. The history told us what happened and whether a remote or electrical button turned it on. Said remote. I know my car didn’t do it. His Aladdin remote was in his car. Anyhow after making an appointment for service. I go upstairs to get the other remote and I see my extra remote in the lock box where I store papers. And it is squished forward. So finally corner my son and wanted to know did he open lockbox. Because he just got his new passport. He finally tells me he opened it twice. Both times it not intended to. But never realized he had caused it. So your best feature is the history. And works like a charm. Yes. I like it and glad we got it. The Aladdin WiFi was never the cause. The remote in box was. We moved it!!!

Needs two step authentication
This app is solid, but it needs two step verification beyond answering questions that can be searched online by bad actors!

You definitely don’t want to rely on this app to open your garage door.
Full strength WiFi, complete setup, worked once, now errors out saying door is offline when I can visibly verify the WiFi light on the unit is on and connected.
If I have to power cycle the door each time to get it to work, that’s a design/programming flaw.

Works well, but. . .
Why can’t i stop Siri from repeating command to open or close. Very annoying
Unreliable
Probably one of the most unreliable systems I’ve ever used and have had it for ten years. Basically seems like it’s not installed take my garage clicker everywhere
App Lock out is dumb
You’re away from your house and the thing times out twice remotely so the stupid app locks you from using it. so now your garage is wide open. What moron thought that’s a good idea.

Great Makes it easy. Auto door shut is great too. Needs a watch iOS watch app as I don’t take my phone everywhere.

Started out great but then…
I loved the thought of being able to control my door or even check the status with my phone. Worked great for a couple of weeks, the I started getting “Door disabled” errors on the app. The door worked great from any of the manual push buttons but wouldn’t work using the app. I deleted the door, reloaded the door, went through the entire set up, and the door worked fine for two days then I got the door disabled error again. I’ve tried several times reload but still get the same error constantly. Now I’ve stopped using the apple altogether as it is worthless. I only wish I could give this app less than one star.

Awesome to be able to open the doors from anywhere, work great and have never had any connectivity problems!

Usually pretty quick to get into. Occasionally I have to log back into it when it updates but no major problems with it.
The Worst App Ever
Trying to connect my garage door to this app is an excruciatingly painful process. After I switched to a new WiFi 7 router, I was unable to ever sync the door to my new network. Thanks for a low quality product.

Very easy to check door open/close status, verify who last opened or closed the door, how long the door has been open or closed, etc. - from anywhere in the world as long as your home wifi connection is good.
Also very easy to open or close a door remotely and get confirmation that the requested action was completed.

Doesn’t work because my password is too long
I can’t get the wifi setup because when I enter my WiFi password it’s too long and cuts off, therefore the Aladdin connect thinks I put in the wrong password. Ridiculous! Please fix and I’ll adjust rating
