Not helpful

No one in my city is using the app, no share rides. And no late night availability for commuters. So it’s a hard pass for me

We're very sorry you did not find a shared ride. While there are lots of users in the area, I'm afraid we can't guarantee a match for every ride request. If you setup your profile with your home and work, the system will look for matches and email you when we find someone. If we can help in any other way, please contact us directly from within the app, and thanks for your feedback.

Points aren’t added to account

Many times I didn’t get points added to my account when I took the trips. Not worth using the app!

Sorry you're having this problem. This shouldn't be happening. Please contact our support and we'll work with you to get it fixed right away. Just open the app, select "More" and then "Contact us".

Does everything I need it to. Tracks rides. Transfers from Strava or MapMyRide. Got gifts when I won them

Can’t redeem points

Downloaded the app thinking i could redeem my rewards points through it. Nope! What a bummer.

Sorry you had trouble and sorry for our tardy reply, somehow we missed your review. The app does let you redeem points for rewards and use mobile coupons right on your phone. Please select Contact Us under the More tab and we'd be glad to answer any specific questions you may have.

Great for Finding Rides and getting rewards!

This app was super helpful for finding a carpool partner and the rewards are a great bonus!

Awful and Not Helpful!

This app is awful! It does not give you an option to see a list of vanpool Captains with all of their information (i.e. Name, contact email, phone, work schedules and Pickup locations). All it does is allow you to input your information and hope someone finds you and contacts you. It will show you who else is interested in riding, but again very little information is provided. This is useless!
