Absolutely awful not only does every time I try to get a ride to my job it’s always showing me that there’s never anything available plus the only time I ever did ride I was literally 30mins late awful how this city believes 8 cars is going to make an impact…
Not easy. Not reliable.
Overhyped and almost never fails to disappoint. It’s laughable that they think a fleet of 8 cars will be enough to cut it.
The on-demand/ride share aspect is genius in its cynicism - you get a service that barely works using your taxes and you get to take the blame if you’re unlucky at getting a ride.

App has problems.
Ive had a few problems with the app. It wants to force me to choose the same things repeatedly. I have difficulty getting it to change. I struggled ridiculously long to add another rider. This should have a place to indicate a child needing a car seat. This should let me change locations easier.

Service was quick and efficient. The driver Santos was extremely friendly and patient would use again and recommend for a friend.
Enjoy the wait
My 28 minute pickup time turned into an hour and ten minutes. At one point the car was “5 minutes” away and took another 30+.
