Don’t do it.
Never got to use app. Never got to log in. Didn’t work. Called four times. No joy. First time said I had to wait 2 months for next issue to come out to get on app. I waited and still didn’t work. I wish there were negative stars to give.
App didn’t work so I cancelled my subscription
So disappointed that the app wouldn’t work after I paid for subscription, so I cancelled my subscription.
Great resource
The issues mentioned by others seem to be resolved. I love revisiting our home of 26 years in the photos and articles. Good job, Alaska Magazine!!
Waste of money
Absolute scam. I have called and emailed to get access only to be hung up on, told the issue was fixed, not responded to, and am left frustrated and out of money. Terrible! Such an amazing magazine only to have a dark cloud over them now by this scam.
Poor app support
Over a year trying to view my subscriptions and they try a new provider that can’t seem to get there head out of there a## and listen to the people
I have been trying to work with vender and they don’t even follow up with you for over a month
Same issue with iOS 8,9,10,11,12,and even 13
This is un reasonable and need to raise a fraud alert with the FCC, Apple and treasury
Let’s lite a fire under there a##
