It took over 10 years, but this is the first time the app has actually worked quite well thank you.

No REFUNDS for out of stock items
Unfortunately even if you mark your order NO SUBSTITUTIONS they will still put in subs and if you decline the substitution they will NOT REFUND. They put the money as âAlbertsons Cashâ which can only be used online. This has happened more than 2 times so I wonât be using anymore

New app doesnât work
Every time I go in store I get an error their server isnât working. Every time I try to make me a list I get an error msg but sometimes it does make the list and clip deals, which is useless bc the app wonât open in my store
App nicely improved and working well
Albertsons Market App was recently updated. Big improvement, able to search, clip digital coupons (which honestly I hate but at least the app is working). Ordered pickup quickly and easily
EBT option doesnât work
Says will take to outside site to enter EBT PIN number but when you click continue nothing happens or says error occurred please try again. I tried Chrome and Safari. Pop up blocker is off and I cleared caches.

Needs Improvement
There needs to be an updated improvement to receive a refund when an item is not substituted. For example, when I substitute an item that has a higher price, the app will automatically go take the extra funds from my bank, but when I choose not to sub an item or substitute for a lower costing item, there is no option to be refunded automatically for that item. Then, at the end of that purchase my receipt will say I was charged less, when in reality, my bank was charged at the beginning of the shopping so I am actually paying for something I never got. This app needs to not charge for an order until it is finalized like the previous app.

I has an issue with my very firdt order through the app. When I called the store to make the correction, the staff acted aloof and dismissive. Do not recommend.

I love it, I can order my groceries ahead of time and select when I want to get them.

Love this! It finally works cohesively! I can shop things that I have already bought and find them easily no more hard to work interface. Best update!

The app is easy to navigate and very easy to use. The store always looks great. The staff is always very friendly. Iâve always have a great shopping experience when I go shopping.

The new upgrade sucks
Canât add anything to my cart. Consistently says they are having trouble. Then connects to an AI chat that cannot answer the most basic of questions. Gave up and shopped at Smiths instead.
Horrible
This may be the worst app I have ever used. Nothing works. Took me multiple attempts to get logged in. Once logged in, anything you attempt to do results in errors. Total garbage, useless app.
