No customer support options. Cant connect in APP because it’s saying the DID is invalid. I’ve scanned with camera and entered manually. Can only see on home monitor. The worst now I need to purchase new system that I can connect with my phone .

I connected my camera -failed to Connect multiple Times.
Get something else
The picture on the camera is pretty good, and the app worked at first, but it no longer does, even after deleting & reinstalling. It was advertised as being able to watch while you are away from home-not true; I was only able to watch the app/camera from inside my house. The setup instructions do not even have customer service information-I had to search online for help, and they are almost as nonexistent. Do yourself a favor and invest in a different brand of security camera.
