Thank you for providing an efficient way for claim reimbursement. Everything is organized and makes quick work for any task related to medical expenditure reimbursement.
Not intuitive
This app seems to have never heard of the concept of UX. Confusing to navigate. No explanation of the difference between a reimbursement and an expense. No way to add other people who are covered besides myself, yet the app asks for the patient name. Mileage is reimbursable but there is no field for mileage or drop down for it when submitting an expense. There’s also no guidance on how much to expense per mile. Every time I use this app I run into countless issues and have to call customer service. Forget trying to use it on a weekend, because you cannot reach customer service.

I love utilizing MERS app. It’s very easy to use and provides many options to review your account. The few times that I’ve had to call in, the customer service team was extremely helpful.
