Worst app ever, in life
This app is terrible!! I think it would be easier to just not have a Flexible spending acct rather than try to use this heap of garbage! It doesn’t support face ID or Touch ID login. It never remembers your username even though you click “remember me”. Additionally when you type in your information it sends you a verification code. When you leave the app to get the verification code from your email, it completely logs you out so when you come back with the code you have to start all the way over. Now I have to have my email open on another device to get the verification code so I don’t have to close the app and have to start over.

Terrible app
The old app worked a lot better. I got a message the old app no longer worked and I needed to download this one. The print is entirely too small to read, and the functionality is terrible. It might actually be easier to fax or mail my reimbursement requests now.
Useless app
Not able to login. The link for help phone number didn’t work. This is the stupid app ever.
