Very useful Apps, love it

Very efficient and convinent for me to submit defect, any unsatified issues anytime & my management office take immidiate action.
Love it, thanks :)

App interface & internal settings are bad, like BAD

Every time I tap into the app to view live notifications from the management office, it shows me a stupid database error message.

Like literally idk what’s wrong with the app. Honestly, if you guys can’t handle the app, then don’t set up one.

If one day I give up on trying to use this app for whatever purpose. Don’t be surprised.

Bad user experience

Submit defect check there’s no information on how should we file the defect. Management and resident was briefed different thing. Everyone doing different ways of defect submission. So what’s the point of having this?

There’s no way to check my defect submission history once I submitted, and I can’t amend my submission after submitted. and I can’t remove my uploaded photo during submission, I have to go back, and come back to start all over again. I can only submit max 5 images and left me hanging worrying the defect team won’t address my issue.

Overall, good idea of having this app, but the user experience -100

Not secured

The app is marked as not secured. The data kept are house owner details. There is a high risk of data leakage and hacker/scammer.

Dear developer,

Could we have secure certificate for this app?

This app could be in high demand soon, given that my 40-storey property is using this app.

I truly appreciate the features this app provided (based on other owners’ feedback).

Cheers!

Can’t view other property

Emailed to app developer and no response. App hasn’t been updated since years ago. I have moved to another property that is also using Alfred app, but I’m not able to view the current property’s info. There’s a choice for us to select multiple properties but current property not available, but I can receive notifications from current property, very weird. Please update and fix ur app
