Constantly having “Connection Failed” when trying to connect on my
Phone -

Failed

This app has now completely failed. Does not connect and continuously reports a failed connection. I have tried over internal and external IP and both connections fail. I have tested the ports and the data and RTSP ports are declared open over external IP but closed over internal IP. The router still shows port forwarding as defined in the set up instructions. I am now searching for a replacement DVR from HIK.

UPDATE NEEDED !!

Now my Alien app only works when I’m on WiFi !
If I’m on 4G or 5G it don’t work ! Contacted my network provider & they said it needs a fresh update for the app !

Cannot access the cameras via the app when not in the building

This app is pointless. I cannot access my cameras via the app unless I am in the same premises. How do I fix this? The app will not connect to WiFi. It says generate and give a scan code but doesn’t do anything else!
