Terrible
Battled with the App for so long, it takes forever to load and its nothing to do with our wifi, its terrible everywhere. Little support for end-users and installer is fed up with glitches he’s given up fitting it and gone back to hikvision.
Needs updating
The app doesn’t connect quickly enough, drops out when watching playback and is generally very clunky

I was having problems with the old app V 1.0 I sent a request for help to the support team and Rob came back to me and helped me update to the new app and sent me all the updated information I needed, got everything back on line, big thank you to Robert
I really hate this app and these cameras
The cameras were installed and I absolutely hate the app and the website. There is no user manual, the information online is not for the end user, rather it’s for the sales and installation people. I am not tech dumb, but I struggle to find what I need on the app. At the moment, I need to change the Wi-Fi settings as we have a new Wi-Fi provider and nowhere on the app can I see how to do this. I am also unable to remote access the cameras. I click on the arrow and nothing happens. I have had this system for more than 3 years and I absolutely hate it. So I currently have a system that is recording, but I can’t view the cameras via the app on my iPhone.
