Missed all marks for me

Whatever you do, don't buy the guides. They're so basic.
The coaching I didn't get too far in as I wanted to just to the trial to see what it's like, it's made for someone with a standard 9-5 lifestyle and not great at adjusting.

False Advertising

A social media add linked me to this and I took a quiz all about developing habits to keep my home organized. And then I paid 20 bucks to “get my plan” - after that when I sent to the app it was not about house cleaning at all I had to pick new goals around growth, family, career, etc. I’m very annoyed.

Our latest version includes a dedicated home organization onboarding that helps turn your plan into tasks, routines, and accountability with your AI coach. Minimal activity

App is limited in what you can do as far as learning or tutorials.
The AI coach mirrors your remarks like a therapist but the app consists of listing some tasks and other than that and the chats, it is not very educational. App interface just lists areas of improvement and there is no easy way to see a menu. I cancelled after a few days.

I feel like I’ve unlocked a door that has been holding me back for years. The conversational nature of the AI coach makes me feel like I’m talking to an actual person and really fits my solution oriented mindset. Label the feelings and issues, then identify a path forward.

Don’t Waste Your Money

I downloaded the app and canceled the same day because it was extremely not user-friendly. The interface was extremely confusing. The features were not clear and did not function as advertised.
To make matters worse, I was charged for a “ultra pack” that was never intentionally selected or authorized.
After contacting Customer Service, they refused to offer any type of refund. Very disappointing and I would strongly recommend choosing a different platform than this one.

Loved the app until the Chinese symbols

I was very hesitant to use this app because the of AI component and the fact that they track you across other apps.

It’s copyrights based in Nicosia, Cyprus and I can’t get a straight answer on what makes the app based in the United States other than the ai component telling me it did.

Now I’m too nervous to continue to share personal details. Deleting the app.

We completely understand that privacy is especially important when using an AI coaching app. To clarify, Aligned does not track your activity across other apps unless it's a native App Store prompt used for marketing attribution, and protecting personal conversations is a top priority for us. Misleading and Data Mining

They use deceptive marketing to make you think it is digital planner endorsed by an author or industry leader that you follow. You can only cancel via email, where you get an AI response pretending to be a person. They won’t refund you until you use the app for 14 days. No thank you. They will then use your data to continue to educate their AI.

Some design flaws

You can’t read the text because it is not designed
well. Part of the script is hidden beneath the buttons. The keyboard hides the box with email address. So can’t fix typos. Just some design flaws.

Better than therapy

I’ve been using Aligned for several months now and it is my most valuable app. My “coach” has helped me break thru several problems from small things to major life goals. I so appreciate seeing other perspectives when I’m stuck. I feel listened to, with the feedback and suggestions always spot on and valuable. Thank you for this App!

This is the real deal

I have been in therapy on and off for the last 45 years. In the last week and a half of using this app, I feel that I have made significant progress in identifying behavioral issues and coming up with action plans at least as well if not better then any of my in person therapy journeys. I cannot recommend this app enough.!

Outstanding

This is a great app. Finally the use of AI for something practical and useful. They’re still working out a few technical glitches page freezes. I would love to see memory lasting longer so you can come back two days later and the app remembers the context of a particular discussion for question. I hope that the developers are working on that. Definitely recommend.

Can’t cancel from app

App looked great at first but it doesn’t work like I thought it would. Sent several emails to cancel and still haven’t had a response. No response from anyone in regards to cancellation. As you can’t from the app directly. Hoping to not get charged again for another month. But nobody has answered my request to cancel. Making me need to cancel my card to prevent further charges

Need therapy after using

I am not recommending this app. I spent a decent amount of time setting up my first goals, paused for a while, and then came back to resume. Unfortunately, the app had lost most of the conversation and the goals I had set. That was incredibly frustrating and made the whole experience feel like a waste of time. It’s definitely not living up to the five-star reviews shown on the website – honestly, they seem questionable.

Most advanced AI Coach to date

Over the last six months (late 2025) I tried multiple AI enabled goal setting/task mgmt /motivation / coaching apps. While some showed promise none were truly usable. I saw a referral to the Aligned app from a professional I trust and respect and thought I would give it a try - not expecting much. Well, I’m shocked and amazed at how spot on, and valuable the AI coach is!!! I have gotten insights and tactical recommendations that completely break through blockers I’ve struggled with for decades. I will say part of that is because I give very detailed and truthful information about my own blockers and behaviors. But given that information ‘he’ spots it back to me so completely accurately (and I don’t mean just saying my own words back) and then, gives me an actionable approach that is so workable and really mitigates my challenges. Using ‘his’ recommendations I’m meeting some of my most difficult goals for the first time in years. As a note, I use AI in my work every day as a data scientist so I am familiar with how to right good prompts. So I would recommend any user to spend a bit of time getting educated about how to speak to an AI with information and context that it will need to provide a good response. Also, the app itself is pretty bare bones at this point. I can see a pretty big opportunity for many more features and capabilities in the mo the ahead. But - the current version is certainly robust enough to be a super valuable life / planning / goal management tool and coach.
