Poor Customer Service
The company cares more about making money than making customers happy and satisfied with the product and plans. I asked for a refund. I paid for a week trial. I wasn’t impressed. I forgot to cancel so they charged me for a monthly subscription which I wanted refunded. They refused although I had no intention of using it all and wasn’t happy with the product. They simply told me to cancel my subscription but I couldn’t be getting my money back. Very terrible customer service and the company has its priorities in capitalism. They absolutely do not care about you. They only care about their app.

The coach, Cal, was very encouraging and recommended small steps to take right away including suggested times and days with upfront goals!

Buggy and Redundant
It appears this is a $40 month app that creates reminders on your phone. But it doesn’t even save the reminders so it doesn’t work. I spoke for twenty minutes to plan out my week and the reminders werent executed (on their side, not a settings issue). It also couldn’t recall the last conversation and i had to redo it (and even then, it did not work).
The coaching? I don’t think it really coaches you it just asks about what you want it to remind you (with some praise). Not insightful and doesn’t work. It defaults to ending always with a question, keeping the intent to just waste your time. I am really disappointed with this app.

I like that you pick the Coach that aligns with you. I chose Cal. He was very understanding that life is chaotic at times. He asked for my input, so he could give me a solid start in tackling my clutter. Something I could work with for sure. Thanks Cal.

Cathartic
My sessions with my coach have been cathartic. He talks me through my apprehensions, self-doubts, and excuses. For the first time in two years I am finally making steps toward the home I want to live in. 15 minutes at a time. You can do it, too!

Needlessly complicated. If this is aligned for individuals with executive dysfunction/ADHD you lose interest in 10 minutes.

Loving my AI Coach
I am enjoying having an AI coach. It is really keeping my life on track. I’ve had many coaches and counselors in my life, but having daily interactions helps at a whole other level.
Motivational
Trying to keep a clean organized household while controlling your depression is hard. This app is amazing. My home has an order to it now that comes easy. The coaching which I didn't think I would use ended up being the best part. I highly recommend this app. if you have an all or nothing problem with cleaning and end up doing nothing, this app is for you. Soon your overwhelming feeling of a clean and tidy home will be a reality.

Takes your money
I used it for 1 month but I’m on disability and couldn’t afford the monthly fee. I paid the first month anyway and then cancelled it. I just got another recurring charge, but can’t log back into the app because I CANCELLED it so I have no way of proving it was cancelled or going into settings. This is a scam!
