My app will not let me log in and I have no idea who to contact to get it fixed
Horrible App
When I try to schedule a showing using aligned showings I get an error message. I am unable to use this app. Please fix this immediately!!!
Slowest app ever
Realtors are always on the move and require quick access to information. However, this app loads incredibly slowly, almost as if we’re using dial-up internet. This is definitely not an internet issue, as all my other apps work perfectly. It’s incredibly inconvenient.
Not working
This is horrible user experience. When I am on the mobile MLS and click a link to aligned showings it gives me an error message and does not automatically open the aligned showings app. When I open the aligned showings app it does not let me schedule a showing for a home where I am not the listing agent. Please fix this! I need to be able to schedule showings directly from the app and not have to jump on a computer to do so.

*edit - can we make the phone numbers copied by click? We use business VOIPS and the app doesn’t allow us to copy the number. Please include an easier way to copy phone numbers!

Garbage
Absolutely garbage. Doesn’t load properly half the time or tells me it doesn’t recognize the username or password even though I know it’s right. It doesn’t notify correctly when a request comes in and is overall a terrible design.
Worst showing app ever
This app was apparently NOT designed by real Agents who show homes. Or whoever designed it did not ask real, real estate agents if the app works the way they need it to. As an agent who is heavy on Buyers this is a terrible app that takes a lot of time to work with. The fact that you can't adjust the showing order and look at the map and see the drive time between showings ON THE SAME PAGE makes this very difficult to work with. When you have more than 3-4 showings it's a total disaster. Fix it!! Change the app so that we can adjust the showing schedule on the MAP page by dragging and dropping. Ensure we can CLEARLY see when other showings are scheduled. DON'T change the time of the showing based on how long we have selected for the showing. Do you know that sometimes showings run long or short unexpectedly? Thus we may need to book a showing for 45 minutes but if the buyer wants to leave after 10 minutes now we are too early to the next showing. I try to cluster my showings to allow for early arrivals but your system is automatically changing the time. Stop that. Contact me I am happy to give you critical user experience.

Notifications NEVER go away
I have to constantly delete this app and re-upload it because no matter what I do, I cannot get rid of the red bubbled notifications… It’s extremely annoying

It works and the messaging system is okay. So that’s good.

Needs a lot of improvement
This app was possibly written by people who don’t do real estate or show / sell houses. I should be able to click on a listing that we have and have a nice clean historical list of showing agents with easy contact name / phone number of the agent without having to click into it 3 times then back out and starting over from the top. From where it is to where it needs to be is a long road. But it works and the messaging system is okay. So that’s good.
To the developers: you’re doing a great job keep at it don’t listen to the bad feedback most agents are old and old school and hate change they’d stick with flip phones if they could. Just keep updating the app and keep doing a good job! 👍🏼 thank you

Do better
Why can’t I copy the address? I can’t find any way to copy a property’s address without navigating to flexmls. Please make this whole application more intuitive. Please, this is our livelihood.

Horrible!! Zero Stars. Start over and ask the actual users for feedback…
This was the replacing for showing time and it is absolutely and unequivocally horrible!
This was absolutely not made by anyone that’s ever done real estate that had to schedule multiple showings or ever been tested by anyone that works at the company to see that the mechanics are actually god-awful, clunky, difficult to know what is clickable and what is not. You can not even sync your google calendar for god sake. Sure, I can click each and every time to create an but that’s another step that for someone is busy doesn’t have time for… that’s what this app does makes more steps and still has other terrible mechanics.
I’d be happy to get some suggestions to change things. Which I have sent in to their “in my opinion” email but as expected.. absolutely no response. Why should they care we are forced to use it… if your MLS switches to Aligned Showing, you may want to consider quiting or retire the job you love.

Developers didn’t understand the assignment
After using ShowingTime for many years, this app is like going back to the dark ages. Difficult to navigate, doesn’t allow overlapping appointments as a buyer’s agent, and logs me off constantly so I’m not alerted to showing requests as a listing agent. Can’t wait for this app to be gone, it’s a hindrance not a help to agents.

When you type in your username, it says “invalid password”. If your realtor uses this app for your property, complain.

The map does not take you to the property. Was told this was being fixed? Takes you to the street only…..
I miss ShowingTime
Aligned showings is terrible. For an app that is 100% focused on scheduling appoints to go show houses. The navigation options are non existent. It doesn’t even let you copy the address to input into a map app…
