Professional negligence: years of decay and total systemic failure
This is an absolute failure. It absolutely creates a liability on my professionalism when I’m working with a client and I go to pool data report or information or even just setting a showing appointment and you can’t because none of the links work everything is broken you contact customer service and now you’re getting a dance between flex MLS and then your Realtors Association Of The Palm Beaches absolutely and I’m about to cancel my membership with the board. Terrible, simply terrible. And this isn’t just one incident incident. This has been going on for years of decline in the product use the tax link and it doesn’t even show you a fraction of the information that it used to try to use any of the other length most of them don’t work whether it’s RPR Showtime rate plug. What do you have all these on there if they don’t work but the best part is the constant issues of trying to login. Since the recent update, it’s gotten worse over the past few years.

Thank you for the review and we're sorry for the trouble. With the login issues specifically we've made some recent changes that have hopefully improved your experience. Improved navigation and integrations is also a current focus. If you're still having issues please reach out to support for help troubleshooting.
Latest Upgrade is Horrible!!!!
The worst change ever. Made everything so difficult to use. The app keeps login out. Troubles login back in. Can’t book from flex to Showingtime, 95% of the time app doesn’t work.

Terrible App for the Real Estate Professional
Does not scale for the iPad. Clunky App, not intuitive. Does not work well on the fly when in front of customers, too many buttons/levels to get basic information on listings. I wish our MLS had a better mobile option, but alas, it does not.
Not upgrading to new system
Tried upgrading to the new system and it goes back to the homepage after saying Yes to the upgrade and pressing Continue.
2026 Upgrades are horrible!!
