Charged subscription fee after canceling before trial ended

I wanted to try Alinea to see how the platform worked. I canceled prior to the trial period ended but was still charged $300.00. I was advised I had to wait for the transaction to clear and then wait an additional 5-10 days to get my money back. Disappointing experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend.

BEWARE!!

Had to dispute transaction with my bank. No response from customer support! I canceled during the trial and they still billed me the fee! Now in a tussle to get my money back. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Been with this app a few months now I love their automated system, their teaching options they made it seem awesome, convenient and confident to invest in a passive way thank you 🙏
