I can’t even log in. Just keeps giving me the “kindly try again later”.
Dont get this insurance.

Can’t get an account set up
I have been trying all day but app will not let me get an account set up. Always says “unable to process request. Kindly try again” pretty annoying. Constantly crashing as I’m trying to use it. So far it’s useless. Guess I’ll try again tomorrow.

Can not make payments on the app which can cause you to be late on a payment and access late fees.

Best App ever!
I use this app and it is very helpful. You have your ID cards at all times. You can see the drivers, vehicles, and what kind of coverage you have. You get bill reminders 5 days in advance. You can make you payment from the app which is very convenient. You can even report a claim within seconds and while at the scene of the accident. You can take pictures, audio recording, and video recording then hit submit and all the info get sent to Alinsco!! Love this App!!
