Horrible app
Pathetic app that's very outdated and not maintained. I haven't been able to log on at all for two weeks and payments are very annoying and not simplified when it does work. I've realized that this company is also overpricing their energy. Typical corporate turds. Going to switch companies asap after dealing with them for years.

Why bother?
Looking at the update history, seems like this app hasn’t been reworked since it launched 12 years ago besides keeping it somewhat functional. My ask is this: why both maintaining the “app” at all? The mobile website is SIGNIFICANTLY better in terms of function and features. Still not the best I’ve seen, but at least modern. I’ve seen apps in the past that basically are just their mobile website within a wrapper. That would be WAY better than this 12 year old antiquated and poorly maintained “app”.

Does not work
The app does not even let you sign into your account. I have to log in using my phones web browser. What is the point of an app that does not work?

I hate this app it feels so 2000 and weren’t apps back then, idk my password bc it doesn’t show nor has a button to show just cheaply made
