My Just Energy app offers access to view/pay bills, monthly usage & payment history through your phone or tablet device. To get started, download the app and sign in with your "My Just Energy" username and password. Not registered with "My Just Energy"? No problem, the Just Energy app also allows you to register and provides the following features: Pay Bills – Effortlessly pay your bill through the app with your credit card. View Account Information – View your bills, electricity usage and account holder profile. Setup Recurring Auto Payments – Rest assured that your bill will be paid by seamlessly setting up auto payments through the Just Energy app. Allow our app alerts to notify you when your payment has been received. View Bill & Payment History – Monitor your usage, view your billing & payment history. This also allows you to make sure past payments have been posted successfully to avoid any late fees. Alerts & Notifications – Receive bill alerts as soon as your Just Energy bill is ready. Our friendly payment reminder notifies you days before your payment is due and when payments were received.
