Terrible company. They will try and manipulate your words even when. You have a clear recording. Stay as far away as possible. If negative star where possible it would give -5 stars.

Loads easily. No issues in navigating through menu options. Very informative as to usage patterns.
Deletes Info
I’ve tried to pay my bill multiple times over the last few days, the amount I owe is there, but when I go to make the payment all the banking info is no longer there and the app will not let me add it back in. And I’ve had to change my username and password multiple times, due to the app losing the communication/info. I’ve had TXU for many years, but this is getting to be exasperating.

It’s not working on Sunday!!!!
I’m trying to pay my bill. I click to pay my bill, and that screen flashes for a second, then it just shows how much I owe. There is no way to pay the bill from that second screen. I guess it’s messing up. I’ll try tomorrow. Annoying!!!

If I could review this new app with 10 zeros, I would do just that. I like the previous app I was using so much better, using less effort to find information that I need. Please quit messing up a good thing and find other busywork to do instead.
Where is the current statement
I can not find my current statement to determine I can only see my combined amount for June & July!!
Frequently doesn’t work.
This is the worst app I have ever used. It consistently forgets your biometrics for simple and quick login. You have to change your password just to see your usage. TXU also sends messages stating your next month bill will be between 100.00 and 500.00 and the bill is always 500.00. Do not use this app.

The payment section is not working. Amount displays but payment section flashes and disappears before completion.
